Continuous Professional Development
Your development record needs to reflect a range of your learning and development over the last 12 months. Anything regarding Equality can count as evidence as long as you show that you’ve learnt something from it.
We recommend that you concentrate on the activities that have made the most impact on you and your role as a Disability Equality Professional.
There are no rules about the amount of evidence you provide, but you should clearly demonstrate how you have developed and what you are now able to contribute that you couldn’t 12 months ago.
Your development plan needs to cover your proposed action for the next 12 months taking on board the guidance given above.
